When you figure that a new one with the extras would run $55,000 to $60,000, $24,000 looks pretty good. I would check for water leaks and make sure the fridge, air and heater work well. Also check and see if the trans shifts up and down real smoothly. If just a couple big ticket items are not working, the cost can really run up. Tires and shocks can run a $1000. If everything checks out, it sounds like a good deal to me.
