I can't see any relays - do you know where it would be located ? - I'm OK with a multimeter, but can't see any relay.

: A latching relay set is not latching. It could be a faulty relay itself or a connector. This is tough to puzzle out unless you are a tech and are on scene with a Digital Multimeter.
