Truck Camper Wiring Advice

The advice I need is electrical, but first a summary of my rig setup.

I own a 1999 Ford Turbo-Diesel crewcab dually with the towing package and a Titan V hitch. I intend to install Rancho 9000 shocks and Firestone Air Bags. I am in the middle of rebuilding a used 9 foot truck camper. I have already removed all the aluminum siding and gutted the entire interior, making all new wiring easily accessible. The EPDM rubber roof will remain. I will tow an 18' car trailer with a jeep, generator, and welder on it when the camper rework is complete.

I am now at the point where I would like to complete all the wiring before I re-install any equipment or waterproof/insulate the siding. The following electrical equipment will go back into the camper...
- Original Dometic RM2410 3-way refrigerator
- Original SureFlo 12v waterpump
- Original small Suburban furnace with 12v blower
- Original 12v lights and outlets
- Original 12v exhaust vent over stove and in bathroom
- New MagneTek 6345Q Converter
(Auto Relay to Battery, Automatic solid-state battery charger,
AC Panel Board, DC Distribution Panel)
- New Camper-Only Optima Yellow Battery
- New Microwave 1000 watts (120 only)
- Original 5500 Air Conditioner (120 only)

While I am familiar with the wiring for the 120 volt portion of the converter, I am not comfortable with 12v installation, switching, isolation, etc. involving my ultimate setup, which is...

I would like to tow the jeep with the camper on the truck.

When dry camping, I will have the refrigerator on propane, but may occasionally plug the camper 120 into a Honda 3500W generator. While the generator is on I assume the camper battery will be charged by the converter and I can manually switch the refrigerator from propane to 120 if desired.

When shore-camping, I will have the 120 plugged into the campsite 120 and accomplish the same effect as the generator.

While towing, I would like the refrigerator to operate using 12v from the truck and I would like the camper battery to be charged from the truck. How do I do this if the 12v line from the refrigerator runs to a fuse in the converter DC panel and the converter does the battery charging? And where does the wire come from on the truck side for both these functions?

Also, how do I get the truck to run both the running lights of the camper and the trailer at the same time? Is it a simple splice, switch, isolator?

Thank you for any advice or other suggestions I have not even seen yet.
